Halloween Times

I have never really been a huge fan of carving pumpkins but I have really started to enjoy Halloween times .  We spent a good time outside carving our pumpkins, and enjoying maybe one last nice weekend.  I am not sure Sarah will like the fact that I am going to post some pictures of her but it was such a nice day and Zooey makes an appearance in one of the photos.   I hope everyone has a good Halloween and a safe time out at parties or tricker treating.   

Half Marathon

It was a great day for a run, for a great reason I finished the race in 2 hours 10 minutes and 49 seconds.  The TNT group and other runners where a great help in getting me across the finish line.  Sarah took this picture of me in Westport so I thought i would post it and let you all see that I really did run and had fun so Thank you to all of you that helped me. I did have a great time.

Water on a Rose

I know it has been a while since my last post but we have been very busy, with my training for my half marathon and working on the yard and house.  The last time I was able to take some photographs was the last time it rained. Our Dream Come True rose had just opened and got a nice amount of water droplets on it.  I know that it is a reoccurring photo but I have really been loving the look of water on the flowers.

Nice cool day, flowers looking good

I know it has been a while since posting something new but was out with in our yard Sunday on that nice cool day and saw our new coral rose blooming so took some macro pics of it and think they turned out pretty good.  We also had some very pretty butterflies out on Sarah's flowers out front, they were very hard to get some good pictures of so this was the best one of them all.

Surprise

Got home the other day and had a nice surprise waiting in our back yard so I tried to take some night photos of it, then some the next morning to get a better view of them.

Only thing I have seen that caught my eye

I have been kind of sad this week because nothing has been very nice due to the heat so after my run on Thursday I saw this cool looking moth on our screen door so took some pictures of it.  It was not really happy when I tried to get its wings open to see the color on them which gave me these picture so hope you like it.
